As part of our new Employee Spotlight Series, meet Madelyn Monte, Marketing Specialist and Administrative Assistant at Monte Financial Group, who has been part of our team since 2023!

What is your role at Monte Financial Group, and what do you enjoy most about it?

As a Marketing Specialist and Administrative Assistant, I support both the marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations at Monte Financial Group. I enjoy being a resource for the team by assisting with questions, improving processes, and helping keep the firm organized and running efficiently. I especially enjoy the variety of my role and the opportunity to contribute across different areas of the firm.

What is a hobby or activity you’re passionate about outside of work? 

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. I love exploring new cities and destinations, trying new restaurants, getting outdoors, and finding new activities to experience along the way.

Do you have a favorite travel destination or dream vacation spot? 

I recently traveled to the Amalfi Coast this summer, and it was absolutely stunning. My favorite part of the trip was taking a private boat tour along the coast and seeing the beautiful towns from the water. A dream vacation destination I hope to visit someday is Australia.

What is your favorite quote or personal motto? 

“Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.”
